Taxpayers Pay LESS in Tennessee

Good news for us on taxes.  Tennessee ranked as the 3rd most “tax friendly” state on an income tax survey by CNNMoney.
Tennessee residents pay some of the lowest state taxes because they only owe income tax on dividends and interest.

Local students raise money to help sick kids

Children can make a difference…
After a fellow classmate undergoes surgery for a non-malignant brain tumor the students and teachers at Holston Middle School decided to raise money in her honor.   After making flyers and going door to door the school has raised over $3,300 so far.
